This maintains stable workability while long run printing and reduces paper loss for print start up. We have three types of Web Cold-Set ink as follows.

01. VIP Cold-set ink

VIP Cold-set ink is high quality offset coldset ink that has excellent ink transferability, halftone dot reproducibility, and ink mileage.

VIP ink enables high quality printing with the smallest amount of ink due to its high concentration.  

•Reduced environmental pollution due to vegetable oil and less hydrocarbon solvents and increased de-inking effect.
•Quick ink-water balance and wide water window
•Less misting, less set-off, less piling on the plate/blanket while long run printing and Good ink transfer.
•Excellent dot reproduction, ink mileage and rub resistance
•Less strike-through and applicable to lower weight paper
•Good color reproduction and trapping characteristics

02. INTEL Cold-set ink

 Eco Friendly ink

We have been striving to develop eco-friendly ink, and INTEL Series has been developed and supplied.

INTEL ECO Cold-set ink includes VOC free ink which is without volatile organic compounds (VOC), ECO Ink which is compliant with international environmental certifications, SOY ink which is soybean oil inks.

•Reduced environmental pollution due to vegetable oil and less hydrocarbon solvents.
•Good color reproduction and trapping characteristics
•Quick ink-water balance and wide water window
•Less misting, less set-off, less piling on the plate/blanket while long run printing and Excellent printing and workability
•Applicable to Fountain, over-shot, DIP(Digital Ink Pumping) system

PRO Cold-set ink is high quality offset coldset ink that has excellent ink transferability, halftone dot reproducibility, and ink mileage.

It guarantees the best quality under all types of printing conditions and maintain the optimum printability and stability.

•Stability during high-speed and long run printing.
•Quick ink-water balance and wide water window
•Less misting, less set-off, less piling on the plate/blanket while long run printing and Good color reproduction and trapping characteristics.
•Applicable to Fountain, over-shot, DIP(Digital Ink Pumping) system

STORAGE AND PACKING
Only store the ink in a specified place at ambient temperature – ideally the temperature range should be 18 -25 ‘C.
5kg Can / 20kg Pail / 200kg Drum / 900kg Conicube / 1,000kg Fluid bag in Box

Reference before application.
 During application, performance of the product can be affected by various factors which are beyond the control of
GLOBAL CNC, so it is highly recommended that a test print is made before committing to a production run.
